The Mission Bay RV Resort Turnkey Guide by Stress Free RVs
Mission Bay RV Resort sits on De Anza Cove, a quiet, secure bayfront resort with its own pool, spa and clubhouse, plus access to Campland on the Bay's amenities over the Mike Gotch bridge path. As a preferred partner, we deliver and set up your RV before you arrive. You reserve the site with the resort; we handle the RV.
Delivery gates open at 2 pm. Your RV is set up and ready by 3 pm.
How a Stress Free stay works

Reserve your site
Book your campsite directly with the resort and enter your RV's length (we give it to you). Then send us your site number.

Book your RV with us
Choose your RV and any add-ons (generator, bedding, kitchen kit, tank service). One flat price, no surprises.
- 3
We deliver at 2 pm
Delivery gates open at 2 pm. Our team drives in, levels, connects power, water and sewer, and sets up your awning and slide-outs.

Ready by 3 pm
Your RV is set up and waiting at your site by 3 pm. Walk in, get a quick orientation, and start your stay.

Support all stay
Questions or issues? Our support line and mobile technicians are minutes away. Mission Bay is our home turf.

We pick up
On checkout day, gather your belongings and leave by the resort's checkout time. We handle disconnecting and towing out.

- 147 newer, unpaved (dirt) sites in the northeast corner of De Anza Cove by the golf course; the only section that allows tents. Pull-throughs available; many larger sites.

- Great for groups and bigger units; expect dust. Tell us if you booked the North resort.
Resort check-in 2 pm · check-out 11 am. We work to your checkout time on pickup day.
How to reserve your site
- Book online (enter your RV size and you are shown sites that fit) or call Reservations. Sites can be booked up to two years ahead.
- RVs up to 45 ft are welcome, including big Class A motorhomes and fifth wheels.
- Holiday weekends (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day) require a 3-night minimum.
- Groups: book 10 or more sites for a discounted group rate and easy check-in.
- City of San Diego residents can get 20% off with proof of residency at check-in.
- Send us your site number once you have it. That is how our driver finds you.

RVing 101 at Mission Bay RV Resort
- Amenities: pool and spa, clubhouse with games and lounge, laundry, and the De Anza Cove beach.
- Mission Bay RV Resort guests can use Campland on the Bay's amenities and activities: cantina, ice cream parlor, watersports, bike and surrey rentals.
- Everything in your RV is ready on arrival: power, water and sewer connected, slide-outs and awning out, fridge on.

Questions
Can you deliver an RV rental to Mission Bay RV Resort?
Yes. Stress Free RVs is a Mission Bay RV Resort preferred partner. We deliver your RV to your campsite and have it set up by 3 pm. Delivery gates open at 2 pm. You reserve the campsite with the resort; we handle the RV.
Who books the campsite?
You do, directly with Mission Bay RV Resort, so you get their rates and any discounts. Enter your RV's length when you book (we give you the number), then send us your site number.
What time will my RV be ready?
By 3 pm on your arrival day. Delivery gates open at 2 pm and our team sets everything up: leveling, power, water, sewer, awning and slide-outs.
Do I need to know how to tow or set up an RV?
No. We deliver, set up, give you an orientation and tear down at the end. It is the easiest way to RV at Mission Bay.
What if I booked a site without sewer or without hookups?
Tell us when you book. For partial-hookup sites we can add tank service; for dry sites choose a unit with an on-board generator or add our generator package.
Can a group book several RVs together?
Yes. We regularly deliver multi-unit groups, reunions and events at Mission Bay. Request a group quote and we will coordinate the sites, units and delivery schedule.
