Every Stress Free RVs rental requires active insurance coverage. We offer multiple options to fit your situation.

Coverage Required on All Rentals. All renters must have active insurance coverage in place before taking possession of any unit. No exceptions. Coverage must meet minimum requirements detailed below.

MBA Commercial Rental Insurance

Full commercial coverage — trusted by professional RV rental operators nationwide. How it works depends on whether you're driving or towing.

Driveable Motorhomes — Automatically Included

Class A, B, and C Motorhomes

$25/day

MBA commercial coverage is automatically applied to all driveable rentals at $25/day flat. No paperwork required from the renter — we have ID cards and binders on file. Coverage is active from the moment you drive off the lot.

Nothing to submit — coverage is pre-arranged. You may also qualify to substitute your own insurance (see "Use Your Own" tab).

Towable Trailers — Renter Submits Direct

Travel Trailers · Toy Haulers · 5th Wheels (self-tow)

$12–$25/day

If you are towing one of our trailers yourself, you purchase coverage directly from MBA using the Trailer Choice Program. You pay MBA directly — not us — and the rate ranges from $12–$25/day depending on the unit.

Not Covered by MBA: Awnings and tires are excluded from all MBA commercial policies. Any awning or tire damage is the renter's responsibility regardless of how it occurred.

IMPORTANT: The Stress Free Shield is NOT an Insurance Product

The Stress Free Shield is an optional Accidental Damage Waiver (ADW) — it is not insurance, does not replace vehicle coverage, and is not regulated as an insurance product. It covers accidental interior damage only on stationary delivery rentals. Vehicle damage, awnings, and tires require separate insurance coverage.

These tips from MBA Insurance help you avoid the most common claims and keep your trip covered.

Tip 1: Concrete Post at the Gas Station

Park as far from the gas pump as you can and allow the hose to extend out while filling up. This will prevent you from clipping the pump barrier as you pull away.
