Mileage & Generator Allowances

Mileage Allowance
- Towable Trailers, Toy Haulers & Fifth Wheels: Unlimited mileage.
- Drivable RVs: 150 miles per night, pooled across your trip (e.g., 3 nights = 450 miles total).
- Courtesy no-charge buffer of up to 50 miles above your total allowance.
- Miles beyond the buffer are billed at $2.50/mile.

Mileage allowances apply unless otherwise specified for a special event or stated in your rental agreement.
On-Board Generator Allowance
- 6 hours per booked night. A generator "night" runs from trip start until the start of the next calendar day (midnight); each booked night thereafter grants a fresh 6-hour allowance at midnight. (Example: a 3:00 PM start gets 6 hours through midnight, then 6 more for the next booked night.) The return day is not a booked night and carries no separate allowance.
- Generator hours reset each night — they do NOT pool (unlike mileage, which pools).
- For trips of 3 nights or more, courtesy no-charge buffer of up to 4 hours above your total allowance.
- Additional hours billed at $10/hour.
- Want unlimited power? Add an Unlimited Portable Generator for $45/night — runs realistically up to ~20 of every 24 hours, no hour limits, no overage charges.
