Our 2023 Goldenvoice build was a 40-unit, $240K deployment with zero unit failures over a 3-weekend window. That operational discipline translates to retail guests — when you rent one rig from us for Coachella, you get the same delivery standards as the AEG build.
The Route
Day-by-day itinerary
Day −1
San Diego staging or direct delivery
Most Coachella guests choose delivery to Indio. We stage the night before so you arrive to a set-up rig.
Day 1
Arrival + camp set-up
Empire Polo Club RV camping lots open Thursday morning. Early arrival means better spots.
Day 2–4
Festival weekend
Three days of music. Your rig is your base — AC-cooled nap zone, shower, pre-show lounge for your crew.
Day 5
Teardown + return
Sunday strike is coordinated — we handle dump, hookup teardown, and transport back. You fly or drive home.

Questions about this trip
Do you do car camping too or only RVs?
RVs only. Empire Polo Club has separate lots for tent/car camping — you can buy those passes directly from Goldenvoice. What we provide is RV-specific: delivery, setup, hookups, and teardown.
Weekend 1 or Weekend 2?
Weekend 1 is the premium weekend — bigger crowd, higher pricing. Weekend 2 is often the same lineup with smaller crowds and better pricing. Stagecoach is its own event, country-focused, and historically more RV-heavy than Coachella.
Can I have the rig for both Coachella weekends?
Yes — a handful of our units stay on Empire Polo Club the full 10-day window covering both weekends. This is actually often cheaper per-night than two separate rentals.
Is our 2023 Goldenvoice work the same as retail?
The delivery team, prep standards, and support line are identical. AEG got bulk pricing and a dedicated on-site coordinator; retail guests get the same ops team without the coordinator. The rigs themselves are the same fleet.
