Day use FAQ

What is a single day use RV rental?

A delivered RV or trailer set up at your location for one day — a private base with a bathroom, kitchen, shade and power. Choose the Half Day (5 hours, 12–5 PM, $799) or the Full Day (12 hours, 10 AM–10 PM, $999).

Where do you deliver for day use?

Delivery, set-up and pickup are included anywhere in our Tier 1 area: the City of San Diego (Mission Bay, Pacific Beach, Point Loma, downtown and mid-city), the South Bay (Chula Vista, National City, Coronado, Imperial Beach, Bonita) and inner East County (La Mesa, Lemon Grove, Spring Valley, El Cajon, Lakeside). Farther locations pay only the difference to that area's delivery tier.

Is insurance included?

Yes. Commercial vehicle coverage is included in both passes at no additional cost. You can add the Stress Free Shield interior damage waiver for $25.

Can I add more time?

Yes — extra hours are $175 per hour, subject to our next booking for that unit.

Can I add a golf cart?

Yes. Golf carts are available at our regular golf cart rate and are delivered with your RV.

Do I need a permit?

Private property, driveways and most private venues need only the owner's permission. Public parks, beaches and streets usually require a permit or the venue's approval for a parked RV and generator — we're happy to tell you what we know about your spot.

Can anyone stay in it overnight?

No — day use ends at your pass time and the RV is removed the same evening. For an overnight stay, book a regular delivered rental.
